The miso is made with Hatcho miso from Noda Miso, a miso brewery in Toyota City, and you can enjoy the rich flavor that comes from carefully aging the miso! The sauce is made with our secret recipe, which we are proud of! The sweet and spicy sauce, which extracts the flavor of the pork, goes perfectly with beer or highballs!
